APARTMENT AT THE PRESIDENTIAL GARDEN

Constructed in the 1950s, occupying the top floor on the Banskobystricka street in Bratislava. The main limitations were longitudinal proportion of the layout with the position of the main entrance, passable room, minimal cooking area, deteriorated core and one-sided lighting. The proposal focuses on utilizing the natural East-oriented light, extending the utility area and adding storage. The apartment was re-classified from three- to two-bedroom unit.
